Having twentysomethings for friends makes RockBand a lot more fun, 'cause they can sing all the hip emo stuff I don't know.
Whereas I can sing along with The Who and Rush and stuff. What else am I going to do on a Sunday night? Grade papers? Write?

Rock Band? No, no, Guitar Hero! GH Metallica is great but pretty tough. GH5 is easier but rocks less.
I also have RB2 and RB: Beatles. New addiction, new distraction.
Ah, I am in envy of your RB Beatles. We had GH at some point in time, but switched. The XBOX Live component makes it dangerous and addictive; we can always logon and buy more songs when we get bored.
The drawback to having friends ten years younger is they are still at my house playing RB at 11:30 on a Sunday night.
